TRESTLE GRAVITY SERIESTrestle Bike Park at Winter Park Resort has a long history of gravity racing, including well-attended races including Trestle Gravity Series, Big Mountain Enduro, Colorado Freeride Festival, and U.S.A. Cycling Mountain Bike Nationals.The Trestle Gravity Series is multi-race series that encompasses Air Downhill, Downhill, and Super Downhill races. In addition to our Trestle Gravity Series Junior categories, youth ages 15 and under should be sure to check out the Battle of the Grommets™ Gravity races, which are held on our Trestle Gravity Series weekends!
Air Downhill (Air DH) is a fast-paced, flow-based downhill course that incorporates big jumps, fast berms, and pedaling to carry speed. Super Downhill (Super-D) is the perfect mix of downhill and cross-country racing packaged together into one fun 6-12 minute run with a mix of downhill and flat or minor uphill sections. In Downhill (DH) races, the course is designed for riders whose love for speed brings them blazing down the roughest single-track descents through rock gardens, massive drops, and gnarly root sections.
Registration in the full series will guarantee a spot in all five events, even if capacity restrictions are imposed, along with a pricing discount.
